SV Homes (Premium Studio Apartment), Kumbakonam is an elegant independent home centrally located in the city of kumbakonam, closer to all the temples.
S V Homes (Compact Studio) is equipped with fully furnished Spacious living and bedroom (Air conditioned) with spacious attached bathrooms and mini kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge and piped gas stove. Utensils for cooking will be provided at an additional cost. A common sit out is available outside every unit The units overlook a garden. All the units have 24 hrs power backup for lighting and fan loads.

The apartments does not offer in house food facilities. However food can be arranged from reputed restaurants at additional costs. Local travel assistance can be arranged on prior information

Policies
Check-In Policy: 24 Hours
A grace time of upto 30 minutes will be allowed for check out beyond which additional charges will apply as follows:
- Upto 30 minutes-no charges
- Upto 4hrs-Half Day Room Rent
- Beyond 4hrs-Full Day Rent
The above condition is subject to availability of accommodation during the extended time.
Hotel Policy :
It is mandatory to provide a valid photo identity card during of all guests above 18 years of age during check in
Guests who have done booking online can upload their ID proof during reservation itself. This will enable ease of check-in
Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s). No other identity proof are acceptable
Guests are required to handover room keys while check-out. Please note that loss of keys will be charged.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking and use of alcohol within the premises are not allowed
Soft copy of tax invoice will be provided during check out to save use of paper. Hard copy will be provided only on specific request.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
Cancellation Policy :
No cancellation charges if cancellation is made before 24hrs from the scheduled arrival time (at the time of booking)
One night charges will be levied if cancellation is done within 24 hours of scheduled check in.
Things To Do :
To enable quick check-in process, guests are required to share information on the number of guests, their age and any specific preferences.
To enable quick check-out process, guests are required to inform the managers so that they will be lead with the billing. In case of a need to extend the stay, guests are required to inform the property manager well in advance. Please note that we may have back to back bookings and in such cases extension of stay may not be possible without prior intimation.
Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay beyond 8 PM, in the interest of privacy to other guests
The management restricts the use of premises for private parties and other events.
Parking Details / Policy :
Free parking is available for guest. This facility is limited to one car per room.
Guests are responsible for ensuring the safety of their vehicle and things inside.
No Car Cleaning Service
Limited accommodation is available for drivers on charges against prior intimation and subject to availability
Children & Extra Guest Details :
The published tariff is for two adults and one child upto 12 years of age. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate upto three adults. Extra cot with bed will be provided against prior intimation on chargeable basis.
